This is a Matrix 9wt, 9', 4 piece fly rod that I will build for you using the following components:
- American Tackle AL8L2 double uplocking aluminum reel seat in your choice of black or silver finish.
- Full wells cork grip with 1" fighting butt.
- American Tackle stainless large loop tip-top in your choice of black or silver.
- American Tackle double foot stainless snake guides in your choice of black or silver.
- American Tackle DuraLite Ring-Lock stripping guides in your choice of black or silver.
- Hook keeper.
- Your choice of thread wrap color.
- Your choice of metallic thread wrap stripe color (if you want stripes).
Please keep in mind that some of the pics on this listing show half-wells grips, and not the full-wells grip that I will install on this rod.
If you would like a different color of thread wrap than one that is listed in the options, please let me know.
This is a very, very nice fly rod. Many consider it superior to rods costing 2 and 3 times more.
